This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the iscr2u platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the iscr2u platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the iscr2u platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is a strict requirement for registering an account, making a deposit, accessing games, or using any feature on the platform. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the iscr2u platform in any capacity.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of iscr2u services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. iscr2u will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other communication channel. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it updated whenever changes occur.
- Not share your account with any other individual.
- Not use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that harms other users.
- Comply with all rules and guidelines set by iscr2u.
- Be responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Payment & Transaction Information
Accepted Deposit Methods
Iscr2u accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported local banks. Each deposit is subject to the minimum limits set out on the platform.
Transaction Processing
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in accordance with iscr2u's internal verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. iscr2u is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. iscr2u reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iscr2u platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system, data, or accounts of other users.
- Distributing content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent in nature.
- Engaging in any activity intended to disrupt or damage the operation of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Iscr2u Liability Limits
Iscr2u is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures. The iscr2u platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding availability or accuracy of information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the iscr2u platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of iscr2u and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from iscr2u.
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
Iscr2u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
Third-Party Links
The iscr2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services. iscr2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Iscr2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address. These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
